Which are the factors that allow the most adequate training of translators? In other words, a training which satisfies market needs. This presupposes to know about these needs which are in permanent change.Students have to be trained in Quality, Flexibility and Efficiency. This requires evaluation instruments- especially for formative evaluation. We wish to offer some examples of such instruments and ask the somewhat delicate question of the competence of the trainers
