Abstract

This paper describes the construction of a formal application ontology through the worker concept from a community legislation text. Firstly, the terminae method is presented. Then we explain how the text contributes to building this ontology. Afterwards the use of the core legal ontology clo is detailed. The essential points of this study are: the application of the terminae method to the legal domain; the introduction of properties for characterizing concepts; and the use of a core legal ontology.
