IMPORTANT. The information below uses curly brackets to mark variables. When you replace those variables with your customerid, requestorid or dates etc., this should be done without the curly brackets, as those should not be part of the resulting URL. (E.g., /reports?customer_id={customerid}&requestor_id={requestorid} becomes /reports?customer_id=123&requestor_id=123456790abc ) |

Service URL
The base URL for COUNTER 5 SUSHI report requests is: https://www.jbe-platform.com/counter5/sushi
For status requests, use: https://www.jbe-platform.com/counter5/sushi/status?customer_id={customerid}&requestor_id={requestorid}
Usage credentials
The following credentials are required for SUSHI access:
- Customer ID
- Requestor ID
If you do not yet have those credentials, you can find them here:
https://www.jbe-platform.com/counterstats/requestform#sushireportcontainer.
NB. You need to be logged in to the institutional administrator account to see your institution's credentials.
If you(r institution) enabled SUSHI reports for COUNTER 4, those same credentials can still be used.
